Yes! Pro comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll only be charged if you decide to continue after the trial.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Team plans can also pay by invoice.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Pay annually and get 2 months free. That's $90/year for Pro instead of $108, and $490/year for Team instead of $588.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. If you cancel, you can export everything before your account closes. We keep data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Can multiple families share a Team plan?
Team plans are designed for gyms and clubs, not family sharing. Each family should have their own Free or Pro account. Coaches can be invited to individual family accounts.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 30 days of any payment if you're not satisfied. Just contact support and we'll process it, no questions asked.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, secure cloud hosting, and never sell your data. We're parents too — we take privacy seriously.
